How does the 14-day free trial work?
Create your account with your work email and your trial starts straight away. No card and no plan to pick: you can use everything, with your whole team, for 14 days.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Upgrade from the Billing page whenever you’re ready: choose Freelancer or Agencies and add a card. If you upgrade during the trial, nothing is charged until it ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you’ve upgraded, we charge your plan’s price (£39 for Freelancer or £79 for Agencies) then, and the same each month. If not, your workspace pauses until you do: your clients, projects and invoices are all kept.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your account menu, with no notice period. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you can change your card or download Agenfo invoices there too.
What’s the difference between the plans?
Only the number of users. Freelancer is £39 a month for one person. Agencies is £79 a month with unlimited users. Both include every core feature, with nothing held back.
Do I pay per person?
No. The Agencies plan is a flat £79 a month however many people you invite. Add colleagues and freelancers from the Staff page and choose what each person can do: owner, admin, member or freelancer.
Can I move from Freelancer to Agencies later?
Yes. Start on Freelancer while it’s just you, and move to Agencies when you’re ready to invite other people. Your clients, projects and invoices stay exactly where they are.
Do my clients pay to use the portal?
No. Give portal logins to as many client contacts as you like. It’s part of your plan.
What about the add-on suites?
The Sales, Web, SEO and Paid suites are optional extras we’re planning. They’ll be priced separately and you’ll only pay for the ones you switch on.
Is my agency’s data kept separate?
Yes. Every agency has its own workspace, and your clients, projects and invoices are only visible to the people you invite.
